Just ran across this photo that I took of Deeta and Kozmo this fall. Kozmo really misses Pogo, I think. But she still has her playmate in neighbor Buddy and now his brand-new little brother Pooch too. Also a petite, rambunctious and rumbly kitten, Ziggy, has stepped into DC's honored pawprints to take over the black boycat role - I need to go over and get some pictures. Kozmo does not know entirely what to make of him. She was lying on her bed the other day, and Ziggy walked up, settled in under her chin and wrapped his front legs around her muzzle, which is about the size of this whole cat. For a youngster, he's beautifully inhibited about using his claws, and he just patted Kozzie's face all over! Adorable.

A couple of pretty girls
