I hate global warming

I do not live in Alaska so I can die of heatstroke! It's +81F today and oh, most decidedly time for Hunter to have his summer clip. At least with the job change (and because no one but me is here at Nancy's house working today), I was able to shuck my sweatshirt a couple hours ago and work au-quasi-naturel. But I'm still waaay too warm and so are the dogs. Not a hint of a breeze even.

My goodness, you almost tied us! Amazing how that happens.

Aw shit. Does that mean it's coming this way? (8:22 a.m. and 56 F ... I'm ok with that, but it doesn't bode well for later in the day.)

Ick. Let me say that again...Ick. I am not a big fan of hot weather (and yes, I know that I live in SE Texas, the land of hot, humid weather...That doesn't mean I have to like it.) I much prefer a high of, maybe 70ish with lows in teh 40's or 50's...Too bad I only get that maybe a week or two out of the year...

Sorry that my weather transported itself to you. Hopefully it will cool down to a more respectable temperature soon.

Okay, I am laughing out loud at Miz Tigre there telling me she doesn't like hot weather but lives in Texas!!!!! Lawdy, girl! HOT HOT HOT just instantly comes to mind when you say "Texas."

And by the way, you might cool off a bit if you took off that black fur coat you're wearing in your phot. ;))

Ya know, I used to like rain until I moved to BC. We've just had another entire week of rain and it's not done yet. I am so glad to be moving back to the land of cold and snow in winter, and heat and humidity in summer!
